Ningbo wood packaging base is located in Cixi area, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province，It will be officially put into operation in June 2025，It covers an area of 10,000 square meters，It is a new layout of Fushan Paper in the field of wood packaging。The base currently has about 30 employees，It is expected to expand to 80 by the end of 2025，It will become an important support for the group in the manufacture of wooden boxes and pallets。

Introduction to the equipment of the wooden pallet workshop

• Basic processing equipment：Equipped with screw type and refrigerated air compressors，Stable compressed air is provided for the whole workshop；Multiple corner cutters、Slotting machine、Steel edge machine and press brake，Wooden pallets can be realized、Precise slotting of the box、bending、Setting and reinforcement。
• Assembly and molding equipment：It has a number of sets of wooden pallet assembly equipment and plate presses，It can realize semi-automatic nailing and large-tonnage pressing，Improve production efficiency and structural stability。
• Auxiliary material processing：Equipped with EVA molding machine、EVA wire saw cutting machine and computer cutting machine，Supports honeycomb boards、OPE、Custom cutting of cushioning parts such as EVA，Realize the supporting production of wooden boxes and paper-wood combined packaging。

• Heat treatment and environmental protection：The workshop is equipped with a large heat treatment chamber of 10m×8m×4m，It has the ability to cook and heat treat at high temperature，Fully meet the fumigation and epidemic prevention requirements of ISPM 15 international standard。
